Advantages of a Car Rental?
There are several perks of getting a booked car over driving on your own or using a public transport, such as:
- This is ideal for first-time visitors who are oblivious to nooks and crannies of the high-altitude regions, like local routes and modes of transport or how to go around the region.
- The ride of luxury taxis gives you a comfortable, hassle-free option to travel.
- You don't have to worry about weather alerts and route maps. In addition, forget about the vehicle maintenance & fuel charges. It's all on us!
- Stop anywhere along the route, whether to take a quick tea break or clicking pictures. It's very flexible!
- Enjoy a faster, quick tour, unlike public transport which are slow and infrequent.
- Avail a private car ride with your friends and families, avoiding the crowd altogether.
- You'll get a driver who is familiar with Himalayan terrains and road challenges, ensuring a safe and sound journey.

Badrinath Significance
Resting serenely in the Chamoli district of Uttarakhand, Badrinath is a sacred site, being a part of both the Bada and Chhota Dham circuits. The place is revered for being Lord Vishnu's ancient meditative spot. Even today, the place holds a calming tangible spiritual aura that makes even the most cynics among us wanting to sit peacefully and do some meditation.
As per the legends, once Goddess Laxmi took the form of a Badri tree to shield her meditating husband from Himalayan cold. Lord Vishnu got very pleased with this and honoured her with a new name, Badri, and then he himself got called as Badrinath!

How to Reach
There are many ways via which you can reach this revered site, such as:
By Bus
There are no direct buses, however, you can take a bus from Dehradun to Rishikesh. And from there, go for a state-run bus or a GMOU. They start early in the morning, usually around 4 AM.
By Helicopter
You can take a heli ride to Badrinath from Sahastradhara Helipad in Dehradun. The flight prices are quite high here. Therefore, many tourists opt for helicopters from Phata and Guptkashi.
There's high demand for the heli rides, therefore, always book in advance.
By Car/Taxi
The car journey takes about 10-12 hours and offers a flexible tour. With a chauffeur and a cosy ride, your comfort takes first priority.
To enjoy a smooth, fun-filled, carefree tour, reserve our travel solutions and we'll take care of everything from fuel charges & toll taxes to your sightseeing, meals, and everything in between!
