Itinerary

Day 1- Dehradun - Janki Chatti (170 km/7/8 hours)

Today you will arrive at Dehradun and meet our courteous representative who will greet you and welcome you. Then you will travel via Barkot to the Janki Chatti. Since the journey is a bit long carry all your essentials and enjoy breathtaking views of lush green mountains. Once you have reached Janki Chatti you will be transferred to your hotel and you will complete your check-in formalities. You will then relish a tasty dinner and then you'll have a relaxing sleep at your hotel in Janki Chatti.

Day 2- Janki Chatti - Yamunotri - Barkot (40 km drive/7 km trek)

Relish a yummy breakfast in the morning and then you will head to the Yamunotri temple. You can either trek or take the palki or pony. Once you have reached the Yamunotri temple, you will take a holy dip on the Yamunotri Kund. You can also boil potatoes and rice in the hot spring and take it away as "Prashad". After darshan and pooja, you will head back to Barkot and have a tasty dinner at your hotel. You will then have an overnight stay.

Day 3- Barkot - Gangotri (7/8 hours / 180 km)

You will wake up early in the morning and have a lip-smacking breakfast. You will then travel via Uttarkashi to Gangotri. You will take a halt at Uttarkashi to have a yummy lunch. After lunch, you will head to Gangotri via Harshil. Harshil is one of the most scenic destinations known for its surreal beauty and breathtaking vistas. You will reach Gangotri by the evening and check-in to your pre-booked hotel. You will enjoy a scrumptious dinner and then you will have an overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 4- Gangotri

You'll have a nutritious breakfast in the morning and then you will proceed to visit the Gangotri temple. You'll perform all the important rituals and participate in the morning aarti. You can also take a dip in the Ganga River. You can also explore the other famous attractions of Gangotri as you have entire day on your hand. Enjoy a scrumptious dinner at your hotel and then have an overnight stay.

Day 5- Gangotri - Guptkashi (312 km/10/11 hours)

Today you will wake up early in the morning and relish a yummy breakfast. You will then head to Guptkashi via Srinagar. At Srinagar you will have a delicious lunch. After lunch, you will head to Guptkashi directly. After reaching Guptkashi you will be transferred to your hotel and you will have a luscious dinner. You will then have a relaxing sleep in your room.

Day 6- Guptkashi - Gaurikund - Kedarnath (15 km trek and 37 km drive)

Relish a yummy breakfast in the morning and then you will pack your bags and check out from your hotel and head via Sonprayag to Gaurikund. The trek to Kedarnath will start from Gaurikund. You can either undertake the trek or opt for pony/ palki from here. If you decide to trek you will cover around 15 km of distance. After arriving at Kedarnath you will check in to your pre-reserved hotel. Have a dinner at your hotel and then have an overnight stay.

Day 7- Kedarnath - Syalsour (Rudraprayag) (52 km drive/15 km trek)

Have a delicious breakfast in the morning and then you'll prepare yourself to visit the Kedarnath temple. At the temple you will perform various rituals and participate in pooja. After the divine darshan, you will trek back to Gaurikund. At Gaurikund you will have tasty lunch. After lunch, we you will return back to the GMVN rest house that is situated in Syalsour, Rudraprayag by road. You will then have a yummy dinner and a soothing sleep at the resthouse.

Day 8- Syalsour (Rudraprayag) - Badrinath (181 km/7/8 hours)

After relishing a yummy breakfast in the morning, you will check out from your hotel and then you will embark on a picturesque drive to the Badrinath temple. You can also have breakfast at Joshimath. During winters, Joshimath is known to be the home of Shri Badrinath. Joshimath is connected by highest cable car of Asia with Auli. Once you have arrived at Badrinath you will check-in at your pre-booked hotel and perform the pooja in the evening at the Badrinath temple. After the divine darshan of Lord Badri, you will return to your hotel and have a luscious dinner. You will then have an overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 9- Badrinath - Karnaprayag (123 km/5/6 hours)

In the morning you will again head to the Badrinath temple. At the temple you will perform pooja and visit Mana village, India's last village. Then you will head back to Joshimath. On the way you will enjoy sightseeing of the famous attractions and visit famous temples in Joshimath. Once you have visited Badrinath, you will drive back to Karnaprayag. You will be transferred to your hotel and have a tasty dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 10-Karnaprayag - Haridwar (200 km/6/7 hours)

After breakfast you will check out from your hotel and proceed to Rishikesh. You can also opt to have a yummy breakfast at Gauchar. You will then continue your journey to Rishikesh. As you arrive at Rishikesh you'll be transferred to the railway station/airport from where you'll head back to your hometown.
